The lead leg (drive side) is identified by where the motor and gearbox attach. This is the only motor in the system and it controls the operation of both legs. The lead leg can mount to the inside or outside of the frame rail and will have a length of 29.5" (standard) or 33.5" (extended) for the outer black tube.
