30-day questionless returns
We are proud to offer a 30-day questionless return starting from your product receival date. We will accept your return for any reason that the product does not suit your need (unless it is a HAZMAT product).
Non-returnable items
If any product is non-returnable, it will be otherwise stated on the product page, or you will be contacted by a customer service representative before your order is shipped out and the order can be cancelled accordingly.
Fees
Restocking fees of up to 20% and the non-refundable original outbound shipping charge will only apply to returns in opened/damaged condition, or that are not returned due to a mistake on our end. Detailed returning instructions and all applicable fees are confirmed case by case once a customer service representative is contacted for a return.
